Project Scope

All work to be performed shall be in accordance with: The City of Spartanburg Ordinances and the terms of engagement of E-Vision Project Development Corporation.

The Scope of Work will consist of the following tasks. These task are specified under the designed contractor listing below.

General Project Task: Installation of Light Poles including concrete pads and pole footings. connect electrical system for new light poles to existing infrastructure.

Public Safety: At all times, light poles, soil, concrete and electrical wires shall not be left on curbs, sidewalks. streets, or on top of existing plant material. All work must be performed in accordance with local ordinances ,specifications and requirements, and at the direction of E-Vision Project Development Corporation.

Electrical Contractor

Provide on-site supervision of crew and management of site. Respond to questions, and resolve problems as they arise.

On a schedule to be determined by E-Vision Project Development Corporation and provide updates on all progress, delays and future activities to the Project Manager.

Pour new Concrete pads and footings for (1)
Connect electrical system for for new light poles
All work is to be performed between the hours of 6:00am-6:00pm. Monday through Saturday.

At All times, the work site shall be protected to prevent harm to the public. This includes securing all exposed wires, covering all exposed holes or trenches ,and removing debris or equipment to prevent harm.

At all times, light poles ,soil concrete and electrical wires shall not be left on curbs, sidewalks ,street, or on top of exiting plant material. All work must be performed in accordance with E-Vision Project Development Corporation.

Solid Rock Conditions: Crushed rock of 3/4 inch or less or cemented sand should be utilized for backfill.

Poor Soil Conditions: Consisting of loose rock, gravel, highly organic solids, or any other type of soil or conditions that inhibits the creation of a stable structural base. Local experts knowledgeable in existing soil conditions in the local area should be consulted to determine proper soil compaction.

Average Soil Conditions: Consisting of clay, silt, moderately organic soil, or areas with standing water during rainy season. Additional crushed rock to 3/4 inch or less should be added to the excavated material for backfill.

Make The Hole: Generally holes should be round with smooth vertical sides consisting of undisturbed soil for best compaction and stability of poles. Diameter of holes should be about twice the diameter of the pole at its base. Holes should be hand dug or augured. For general burial depth consult the chart below:
